Safe delivery and payment

Available delivery methods, price and estimated transit time depend on the product dimensions and weight, stock status and destination. The options for a specific order are shown on the product page or at checkout.

Delivery methods

Small items may be sent to parcel lockers, ParcelShop locations, post offices or by courier. Heavy safes are normally shipped on pallets or by specialist transport. Depending on the product, order and destination, the available carriers may include:

• Omniva — parcel lockers in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia;
• DPD, GLS, DHL ParcelShop, DHL Economy and UPS Standard — selected European destinations;
• DHL Express, FedEx Economy, EMS and Latvijas Pasts — selected international destinations;
• DB Schenker, Raben, DSV and other freight carriers — pallet delivery for safes and other heavy orders.

Not every carrier or service is available for every product or country. The current options, price and estimated time are confirmed for the specific order.

Access information for heavy safes

Please provide the delivery address, floor, lift availability and dimensions, doorway widths and vehicle access. This information is used to select suitable transport and determine whether additional equipment or staff are required.

Carrying-in and installation

Standard delivery does not necessarily include carrying the safe indoors, moving it upstairs or anchoring it. If these services are required, request safe carrying-in and installation in advance. The scope and price are confirmed after checking the safe weight, access route and installation location.

Indicative transit times

• 1–2 working days — within the Baltic states;
• 2–3 working days — to Poland;
• 4–6 working days — to many European destinations;
• 5–7 working days — to selected other countries;
• 1–2 working days within Europe and 3–7 working days to other regions — where express delivery is available;
• up to 1–2 months — for some international postal shipments.

These times are indicative and begin when the order is ready for dispatch. Stock availability, customs procedures, destination and carrier workload may affect delivery.

Delivery outside the European Union

The recipient may need to pay import taxes, customs duties or other charges imposed by the destination country and is responsible for local import requirements.

Payment methods

The methods available for the specific order are shown at checkout. Depending on destination and order, they may include bank transfer, PayPal, VISA or MasterCard, payment at the Riga office, or cash on delivery where supported by the carrier.
