Warranty and Returns Policy

2-Year Warranty

All Safes24.com products come with a full 2-year warranty covering both spare parts and workmanship. We maintain an adequate stock of spare parts and offer an on-site repair service to ensure prompt and efficient support.

Proof of Purchase
To validate the warranty, please provide proof of purchase upon request. We recommend keeping your purchase receipts for your records.

Minor Faults
In the event of a minor defect (for example, delivery issues, a faulty hydraulic jack or other minor faults), Safes24.com will issue a refund or replace the defective parts free of charge.

Warranty Service
In all other warranty cases, Safes24.com will repair or replace defective products free of charge. We also cover all delivery-related costs during the warranty period.

How to Return a Product

1. Obtain a Return Code
   Contact Safes24.com customer support to request a return code. Please note that parcels without a valid return code will not be accepted.
2. Prepare the Packaging

• Use the original Safes24.com box or any sturdy, plain cardboard box.
• Remove old shipping labels, stickers and other materials from previous shipments.
• If you do not use the original Safes24.com box, ensure that the product is securely packed to avoid damage. If the product is damaged due to improper packaging, Safes24.com reserves the right to deduct the cost of the damage from the refund amount.

1. Attach the Return Code
   Print the return code and attach it to the outside of the parcel.
2. Send the Return

• Use a tracked delivery service and keep the tracking number.
• Safes24.com is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.

Return Processing

Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 48 hours of delivery), we will process your refund.
The funds will automatically be credited to your bank account or credit card within 10 working days. Depending on your bank's policy, it may take an additional 2–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
