Warranty and Returns Policy
2-Year Warranty Coverage
All SAFES24 products come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty that covers both spare parts and assembly. We maintain an ample inventory of spare parts and offer an on-site repair service to ensure quick and efficient support.
Proof of Purchase
For warranty validation, please provide proof of purchase when requested. We recommend keeping your purchase receipts on file for your records.
Minor Malfunctions
In the event of a minor defect (e.g., issues arising from delivery, a faulty hydraulic jack, or other small malfunctions), SAFES24 will either issue a refund or replace any defective parts at no additional cost.
Warranty Service
For all other warranty cases, SAFES24 will repair or replace defective products free of charge. We also cover all associated shipping costs during the warranty period.
How to Return an Item
- Obtain a Return Code
Contact SAFES24 Customer Support to request a return code. Please note that any packages without a valid return code will be refused upon delivery. - Prepare the Packaging
- Use the original SAFES24 box you received, or any sturdy, plain cardboard box.
- Remove any old shipping labels, stickers, or other materials from previous shipments.
- If you are not using the original SAFES24 box, ensure your item is packaged securely to prevent damage. If the product is damaged due to improper packaging, SAFES24 reserves the right to deduct the cost of that damage from your refund.
- Attach the Return Code
Print out your return code and attach it to the outside of your shipment. - Ship Your Return
- Use a trackable carrier and keep your tracking number for reference.
- SAFES24 is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of delivery), we will process your refund.
- Your refund will automatically be applied to your bank account or credit card within 10 business days. Depending on your bank’s policies, it can take an additional 2–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
